
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SCULPT YOGA
Not your typical yoga class! Sculpt Yoga is a slower paced class that focuses on breathing as well as strengthening and sculpting your entire body while in various yoga poses.
BOOTCAMP
This is a high intensity circuit class using all kinds of exotic and exciting equipment and accessories.
BARRE
A toning body-weight-lifting workout. It engages muscles - ones deep inside your body - that squats, lunges, planks and situps don't reach. These low impact Barre movements will challenge anyone looking to fine tune their muscles.
TABATA
A complete faced pace workout using a timer. For example, 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest.
BODY BLAST
A (heavy or light - you choose) weight lifting and cardio workout which will usually target one or two specific muscle groups.
POUND
Full body workout that combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly awesome workout.
STRONG NATION ™️
Crazy fun workout where each move is synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every squat, burpee, kick and pushup (and more).
STRONG COMBO
Where Strong Nation ™️ (see above) meets weight training.
